the studies to be embodied in written reports, copies of which shall be held in the offices of said board as a public record available for the use of any interested person, and a copy of each of said reports shall be sent to the senate agriculture, natural resources, and energy committee and the house of representatives agriculture, livestock, and natural resources committee.
