Polling places

(1) All polling places designated by resolution for an
election shall be within the territorial limits of the district; except that, if an election of the
district is held concurrently with a primary or general election, the polling place for each
precinct located wholly or partially within the district shall be the polling place for such precinct
for the district election, regardless of whether such polling place is within the district.
(2) If the election of the district is not held concurrently with a primary or general
election held under the laws of this state, there shall be one polling place in each of the election
precincts that are used in the primary and general elections or in each of the consolidated
precincts fixed by the board, as the case may be.
