Petitions for dissolution

Any person who is the owner of real property
situated in said district sought to be dissolved may file a verified petition in the district court of
the county wherein is located the principal office of such irrigation district or of the county
wherein lies the greater portion of the acreage of such irrigation district, setting forth in said
petition the facts upon which petitioner relies for dissolution of such irrigation district, including
the fact that the bonds previously issued were not registered as required by law, that the
whereabouts of said bondholders is unknown, and that more than twenty years has elapsed since
the maturity date of the last issue of said bonds.
