Hearing - adjournments

In case the state engineer considers the proposed
irrigation system feasible, and shall so state in his report, or shall report his inability to reach a
definite conclusion with reference thereto, the board of county commissioners shall proceed to a
hearing and determination of those matters subject to their consideration either immediately
upon the date set for hearing, or may adjourn such hearing from time to time as they shall see fit,
but not exceeding two weeks. During such time consumed by adjournment, the state engineer
may file such additional or supplemental reports as he sees fit, and they shall also be considered
in the determination.
