Land affected outside the district

If the appraisers find that land not
embraced within the boundaries of the district will be affected by the proposed improvement or
should be included in the district, they shall appraise the benefits and damages to such land, and
shall file notice in the court of the appraisal which they have made upon the lands beyond the
boundaries of the district, and to the land which, in their opinion, should be included in the
district. The appraisers shall also report to the court any lands which, in their opinion, should be
eliminated from the district; but no territory lying in any county into which any existing district
does not already extend shall be included in such district, except in accordance with the
provision of section 37-2-105 with reference to the inclusion of land in such counties.
