Judicial confirmation of bonds

The board of directors of the drainage
district may commence special proceedings in the district court of Mesa county, Colorado, in
and by which the proceedings of said board in said district, providing for and authorizing the
issue and sale of the bonds of said district, whether said bonds have or have not been sold or
disposed of, may be judicially examined, approved, and confirmed, and the proceedings shall be
in conformity with the law regulating like proceedings for the examination, approval, and
confirmation of the organization and bonds of irrigation districts.
