been sold or disposed of, the board of directors of a drainage district may commence special proceedings in the district court of the county where the office of the drainage district is kept, in and by which the proceedings of said board of said district providing for and authorizing the issue and sale of the bonds of said district may be judicially examined, approved, and confirmed. The proceeding thereon shall be in conformity with the law regulating like proceedings for the examination, approval, and confirmation of the organization and bonds of irrigation districts.
