Rodent pest control fund - creation

(1) For the purpose of carrying out the
provisions of this part 1, there is hereby created the rodent pest control fund. To insure
continuity of contractual relations with the federal agency, said fund shall be permanent, and the
same, together with all appropriations and all reimbursements or accretions thereto, from
whatever source derived, is appropriated to carry out the purposes of this part 1.
(2) All disbursements from the fund shall be by warrants drawn by the controller upon
itemized vouchers certified by the federal agency as to correctness and approved by the
department which shall approve the vouchers for all lawful expenses incurred in carrying out the
purposes of this part 1 and in accordance with the terms of any cooperative agreements entered
into by the department with the federal agency.
