Pest inspector, deputies, and employees

The board of county
commissioners of the county concerned may appoint a qualified person, subject to the approval
of the commissioner and district advisory committee, as county pest inspector. It is the duty of
said inspector to carry out his duties as provided in this article under the direction of the board
and the commissioner. The inspector, with the approval of the board, may employ such deputies
and employees as are necessary to perform his duties under this article. The salary of the
inspector and of his deputies and employees shall be determined by the board.
