Colorado Code § 35-2-105

Failure to give information to assessor - penalty

Any person who is
required by this article to give information to the county assessor concerning farm operations,
crop production, agricultural resources, livestock, or other matters covered by this article, and
who, upon proper request being made, fails, refuses, or neglects to do so, is guilty of a
misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than twenty-
five dollars nor more than two hundred dollars and shall pay all costs of the prosecution. All
fines and penalties collected under the provisions of this article shall be paid into the school
funds of the county in which such conviction is had.
