Damage to property or habitat under division control

(1) It is unlawful
for any person to remove, damage, deface, or destroy any real or personal property or wildlife
habitat under the control of the division. Any person who violates this subsection (1) commits a
class 2 misdemeanor. In addition, the court may require the defendant to reimburse the division
for any damages.
(2) It is unlawful for a person to use division property in violation of any commission
rule. Any person who violates this subsection (2) is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon
conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of one hundred dollars.
