Prosecution of offenses

If the possession, use, importation, exportation,
transportation, storage, sale, or offering or exposing for sale of wildlife is prohibited or restricted
by articles 1 to 6 of this title or by rule or regulation of the commission, the prohibition or
restriction, where not otherwise specifically provided, shall extend to and include every part of
such wildlife, and a violation as to each animal or part thereof shall be a separate offense. Two
or more offenses may be charged in the same complaint, information, or indictment, and proof as
to part of an animal shall be sufficient to sustain a charge as to the whole of it. Violations as to
any number of animals of the same kind may be charged in the same count and punished as a
separate offense as to each animal.
