Employment of experts

(1) The board on behalf of the district may employ
legal, fiscal, engineering, and other expert services in connection with any project or the
facilities, or both such project and facilities, and the authorization, sale, and issuance of bonds
and other securities under this article.
(2) The board on behalf of the district is authorized to enter into any contracts or
arrangements, not inconsistent with the provisions of this article, with respect to the sale of
bonds or other securities under this article, the employment of engineers, architects, financial
consultants, and bond counsel, and other matters as the board may determine to be necessary or
desirable in accomplishing the purposes of this article.
