(1) If a director subject to a recall petition offers a resignation, it shall be accepted, and the vacancy caused by the resignation, or from any other cause, shall be filled as provided by section 32-1-905 (2). (2) (Deleted by amendment, L. 92, p. 887, § 125, effective January 1, 1993.)
