Arbitration - agreements - oaths - expenses

All counties, before entering
into such arbitration by their boards of county commissioners, shall sign such agreements as
required by law concerning arbitrations, and the board of arbitrators, before acting in such
capacity, shall take such oath as prescribed by law. The expense of survey and arbitration shall
be equally borne by each county, to be paid out of the county general fund.
