Ouray

The county of Ouray is hereby created, with the legal capacity and
functions of other counties in this state, and shall embrace all that territory drained by the
Uncompahgre river and its tributaries south of thirty-eight degrees and twenty minutes north
latitude and north of the San Juan county line.
