Douglas. Beginning at the intersection of the center of the South Platte River

eastern boundary of the western half of range sixty-five west; thence south on said eastern
boundary to its intersection with the south line of township ten south; thence west on said
township line to its intersection with the center of the South Platte River; and thence
northeasterly along the center of said river to the place of beginning. Said public land survey
lines are based upon the sixth principal meridian.
