Contracts and agreements

The board of county commissioners of a county
may enter into contracts and agreements with adjoining counties, the state of Colorado or any
agency or political subdivision thereof, or the United States or any agency or political
subdivision thereof for the purpose of implementing or carrying out the purposes of this article.
