Exemption from taxation - securities laws

The income or other revenues
of the authority, all property interests of the authority, any bonds issued by the authority, and the
transfer of and the income from any bonds issued by the authority shall be exempt from all
taxation and assessments of the state. Bonds issued by the authority shall be exempt from the
provisions of article 51 of title 11, C.R.S.
