Disclosure to third parties - confidentiality

A contract shall not preclude
its use or disclosure to a third party for the purpose of enforcing the provisions of this article or
enforcing other state or federal law. The third party shall be bound by the confidentiality
requirements set forth in the contract or otherwise.
