State auditor - report

The state auditor shall annually prepare and submit a
report to the legislative audit committee and to the finance committees of the senate and the
house of representatives, which shall include, but need not be limited to, a review and analysis of
the sales, purchases, and rates of any notes issued under this part 9 and any other information
deemed by the state auditor to be necessary to judge the effectiveness of this part 9.
