Special commissioners - fees

The judges of courts having equity
jurisdiction in such county has power to appoint special commissioners from time to time as may
be necessary to carry out the provisions of this part 1 to take evidence and report all such
petitions as may be referred to them. The fees of such commissioners and of all clerks, sheriffs,
and officers and employees for services under this part 1 shall not in any case exceed two-thirds
of the fees provided by law for the same services.
