Powers of commissioner

The commissioner for the state of Colorado has
full authority to make any and all investigations of conditions, obtaining in the state of Colorado
or in any other state, which become necessary in order sufficiently to advise the commissioner in
negotiating any agreements or compacts on behalf of the state of Colorado as authorized under
the terms of this part 1.
