Commissioner to be furnished legal and clerical assistance

When the
commissioner of the state of Colorado is called upon to enter into the performance of his duties,
as provided under the terms of this part 1, he shall be furnished such legal, clerical, and
stenographic assistance as the governor and he may deem advisable and necessary.
