Colorado Code § 24-51-321

No state liability - political subdivision pension plans

The state shall not
be held liable for any deficit that occurs in any defined benefit or defined contribution plan or
system of any political subdivision within the state of Colorado or any public agency created by
such a political subdivision which is an employer which has terminated affiliation with the
association.
