Colorado Code § 24-51-303

Members of the general assembly

(1) Repealed.
(2) A member of the general assembly who served as a legislator prior to July 1, 1967,
shall be granted service credit for such prior service upon becoming a member of the association
if such legislator had not elected to be exempt from membership during any period of legislative
service prior to establishment of membership.
(3) and (4) Repealed.
