Offices of division - expenses and salaries - reports and publications

(1) 
The division shall be provided with space in the state capitol or other state buildings suitable for
the performance of its duties. The offices of the division shall be open during the hours
prevailing in other offices in the state capitol.
(2) Vouchers covering salaries and expenses of the division shall be signed by the
director, and warrants shall be drawn by the controller in payment thereof as provided by law.
(3) (a) The director shall prepare and transmit annually, in the form and manner
prescribed by the heads of the principal departments pursuant to the provisions of section 24-1-
136, a report accounting to the governor for the efficient discharge of all responsibilities
assigned by law or directive to the division.
(b) Publications of the division circulated in quantity outside the executive branch shall
be issued in accordance with the provisions of section 24-1-136.
