(1) Each landlord license must
contain a statement of the name and address of the licensee and the location of the premises.
Each license issued shall be conspicuously displayed at the premises for which the license has
been issued.
(2) A landlord license shall be issued to qualified applicants by the licensing authority
upon payment of a fee and completion and approval of the landlord license application pursuant
to section 24-21-611. The license expires at the end of the calendar year in which it was issued
by the licensing authority and may be renewed upon the filing and approval of an application for
renewal provided by the licensing authority and the payment of a fee. No landlord license is
transferable. The fees required to be paid for new and renewed licenses shall be established in
accordance with section 24-21-606 (2).
