Fraud and deception prohibited

(1) A bingo-raffle licensee, landlord
licensee, supplier licensee, manufacturer licensee, or any member or agent thereof engaged in
any charitable gaming activity shall not, directly or indirectly:
(a) Employ any device, scheme, or artifice to defraud or deceive;
(b) Intentionally make any untrue or misleading statement of fact; or
(c) Engage in any act, practice, or course of conduct constituting fraud or deceit.
