(1) Repealed. (2) Publications by the secretary of state circulated in quantity outside the executive branch shall be issued in accordance with the provisions of section 24-1-136. Any fee collected pursuant to this subsection (2) shall be deposited in the department of state cash fund created in section 24-21-104 (3).
