Treasurer - duties

The treasurer of the board of trustees shall countersign
all warrants drawn by the president and secretary on the county treasury and shall keep an
account of the same. He shall take charge of all moneys received by the board on account of the
local college district. He shall render a statement of the finances of the district as shown by the
records of his office at the close of each fiscal year and at any other time when required by the
board. Financial statements and records of the local college district shall be in accordance with
the provisions of part 5 of article 1 of title 29, C.R.S. The treasurer shall perform such additional
duties and be subjected to such additional obligations as are imposed by law.
