Donations - power to invest

(1) Repealed.
(2) On and after September 1, 2002, all donations of money, securities, or other property
of whatever kind and wherever situated made to Fort Lewis college shall be held by the board of
trustees for the use and benefit of Fort Lewis college, to be expended subject to appropriation by
the general assembly or invested in such securities as are permitted for private trustees and
similar fiduciaries under the law of the state of Colorado.
