Cooperative agreements for regional economic development not limited

Nothing in this part 9 limits the ability of Colorado state university and the city and county of
Denver to enter into cooperative agreements, including intergovernmental agreements with
adjoining entities, for the purpose of facilitating regional economic development and project
enhancement.
