Board to cooperate with counties

The board of governors of the Colorado
state university system is authorized to cooperate with the several counties of the state in
research work and in investigations of matters pertaining to the agricultural and industrial
development of the counties and state upon such terms and in such manner as may be mutually
agreed upon by the respective boards of county commissioners and the board of governors of the
Colorado state university system.
