Testing for the presence of lead in drinking water in eligible schools - compliance with public health requirements - repeal

(1) Each eligible school, as defined in
section 25-8-901 (4), and each charter school of a school district that is an eligible school shall
comply with the requirements of part 9 of article 8 of title 25 concerning testing of water in child
care centers, family child care homes, and eligible schools.
(2) This section is repealed, effective June 30, 2026.
