Permanency planning hearings - notice to parents

A permanency planning
hearing must be held for a participating youth under the court's jurisdiction pursuant to this part
3 in the same manner as provided in section 19-3-702; except that permanency hearings need
only be held at least every twelve months. The youth's parent or parents are not parties in
proceedings pursuant to this article 7 and therefore do not require notice of such hearings.
