Juveniles - confinement - when

A jail shall not receive a juvenile for
confinement unless the juvenile has been charged by the direct filing of an information in the
district court or by indictment pursuant to section 19-2.5-801 or the juvenile has been ordered by
the court to be held for criminal proceedings pursuant to section 19-2.5-802.
