Clerk of supreme court keeps roll of attorneys

It is the duty of the clerk
of the supreme court to make and keep a roll or record of the persons who have been regularly
licensed and admitted to practice as attorneys- and counselors-at-law within this state and who
have taken the prescribed oath.
