state court administrator to audit the accounts of such interpreter, except for the Denver county court, as allowed by the judges of the courts of record of a county and to cause warrants to be drawn upon the state controller in payment thereof, in accordance with section 13-3-104, and the rules and regulations of the state court administrator.
