(1) (a) On and after July 1, 2008, any person filing a foreign judgment
shall pay to the clerk of the court two hundred one dollars.
(b) Fees for docketing, transcription, or other enforcement proceedings shall be as
provided for judgments of the courts of this state.
(c) Each fee collected pursuant to subsection (1)(a) of this section shall be transmitted to
the state treasurer and divided as follows:
(I) Ninety dollars shall be deposited in the general fund;
(II) Sixty dollars shall be deposited in the judicial stabilization cash fund created in
section 13-32-101 (6);
(III) Fifteen dollars shall be deposited in the justice center cash fund created in section
13-32-101 (7)(a);
(IV) One dollar shall be deposited in the general fund pursuant to section 2-5-119; and
(V) Thirty-five dollars shall be deposited in the office of public guardianship cash fund
established pursuant to section 13-94-108 (1).
(2) Notwithstanding the amount specified for the fee in subsection (1) of this section, the
chief justice of the supreme court by rule or as otherwise provided by law may reduce the
amount of the fee if necessary pursuant to section 24-75-402 (3), C.R.S., to reduce the
uncommitted reserves of the fund to which all or any portion of the fee is credited. After the
uncommitted reserves of the fund are sufficiently reduced, the chief justice by rule or as
otherwise provided by law may increase the amount of the fee as provided in section 24-75-402
(4), C.R.S.
