(1) Nothing in this article 295 shall be construed: (a) As conferring any authority to practice medicine or professional nursing or to undertake the treatment or care of disease, pain, injury, deformity, or physical or mental condition in violation of the law of this state; or (b) To enlarge or detract from the rights, powers, and duties of any other licensed business, occupation, or profession.
