(1) The director shall determine, and the board shall collect, fees pursuant to section 12-20-105 for the following licenses, certifications, and registrations: (a) For certifying to another state the grades of a person who has taken the pharmacist examination in this state; (b) For the initial licensure, upon examination, as a pharmacist, as provided in section 12-280-114 (4); (c) For the initial licensure, without examination and upon presentation of evidence of licensure in another state, as a pharmacist, as provided in section 12-280-114 (8); (d) For the renewal of a license as a licensed pharmacist, as provided in section 12-280- 116 (1); (e) For reinstatement as a licensed pharmacist, as provided in section 12-280-116 (2); (f) For the transfer of a prescription drug outlet registration to a new owner, as provided in section 12-280-118 (2); (g) For the transfer of a manager's name, as provided in section 12-280-118 (1); (h) For the issuance of a duplicate certificate to a licensed pharmacist; (i) For the initial licensure as a pharmacy intern; (j) For the issuance of a duplicate license of a pharmacy intern; (k) For the transfer of a prescription drug outlet registration to a new location, as provided in section 12-280-118 (2); (l) For reissuing a prescription drug outlet registration in a new store name, without change of owner or manager, as provided in section 12-280-118 (2); (m) For the initial registration or the renewal of the registration of a prescription drug outlet, as provided in section 12-280-118 (2); (n) For the initial certificate evidencing licensure for all pharmacists; (o) For the initial and renewal registration of all other outlets under section 12-280-119 not covered in this section; (p) For the initial and renewal registration of all nonresident prescription drug outlets under section 12-280-133; (q) For the initial and renewal registration of animal shelters and animal control agencies pursuant to section 12-280-119 (12); (r) For the initial certification or provisional certification as a pharmacy technician, as provided in section 12-280-115.5; (s) For the renewal of a certification as a pharmacy technician issued pursuant to section 12-280-115.5 (2), as provided in section 12-280-116 (1); (t) For reinstatement as a pharmacy technician, as provided in section 12-280-116 (2); (u) For the issuance of a duplicate certificate to a pharmacy technician. (2) Any pharmacist licensed in Colorado for fifty years or more as a pharmacist is exempt from the payment of fees under this article 280 and is allowed to practice as a licensed pharmacist.
