Records to be kept by the board

The board shall keep a record of all
persons to whom licenses have been granted under this article 275. A copy of the records,
certified by the board, shall be admitted in any of the courts of this state, in lieu of the originals,
as prima facie evidence of the facts contained in the records. A copy of the records certified by
the board of a person charged with a violation of any of the provisions of this article 275 shall be
evidence that the person has not been licensed to practice optometry.
