License required - occupational therapists - occupational therapy assistants

(1) Except as otherwise provided in this article 270, a person shall not practice
occupational therapy or represent that the person may practice occupational therapy in this state
without possessing a valid license issued by the director in accordance with this article 270 and
rules adopted pursuant to this article 270.
(2) Except as otherwise provided in this article 270, a person shall not practice as an
occupational therapy assistant or represent that the person may practice as an occupational
therapy assistant in this state without possessing a valid license issued by the director in
accordance with this article 270 and any rules adopted under this article 270.
