Duty of district attorneys - duty of department of regulatory agencies

It is the duty of the several district attorneys of this state to prosecute all persons charged with
the violation of any of the provisions of this article 215. It is the duty of the secretary-treasurer of
the board, under the direction of the board, to aid said attorneys in the enforcement of this article
215. It is the duty of the attorney general to advise the board upon all legal matters and to
represent the board in all actions brought by or against it. It is the duty of the department to
forward to the board a copy of any correspondence concerning the professional conduct or
competence of any licensed chiropractor that the department either transmits or receives.
