(1) A licensee shall not engage in radon measurement or radon mitigation activities, as applicable, unless the licensee maintains professional liability insurance that: (a) Is issued by an insurance company authorized by the division of insurance to transact insurance business in this state; (b) Is in effect at all times during the license period; (c) Provides for general liability coverage in an amount of at least: (I) Two hundred fifty thousand dollars for radon measurement professionals; and (II) Five hundred thousand dollars for radon mitigation professionals; and (d) Lists the division of insurance as a certificate holder.
