Colorado Code § 11-51-411

Abandonment of license

If a licensed person has died or ceased to exist as
a legal entity, has been adjudicated incompetent, or cannot be located by the securities
commissioner after a reasonable search, the securities commissioner may by order summarily
revoke the license on the grounds that the license has been abandoned.
