Colorado Code § 10-7-201

Group life insurance

(1) No policy of group life insurance shall be
delivered in this state unless:
(a) The policyholder was formed for purposes other than obtaining insurance, or is a
trust established by one or more employers or by one or more labor unions, or by one or more
employers and one or more labor unions; and
(b) (Deleted by amendment, L. 2010, (HB 10-1203), ch. 47, p. 177, § 1, effective March
29, 2010.)
(c) An individual eligible for coverage is subject to such uniformly applied standards of
insurability as may be imposed by the insurer.
(d) Repealed.
(2) Insurance under any group life insurance policy may be extended to insure
dependents.
(3) Repealed.
