Nondisclosure of reports and evidence during period of direct supervision

or conservatorship. Any other provision of law notwithstanding, the commissioner shall not
divulge to the public any examination report, results of investigation, or other information
received by the division of insurance on, about, or relating to any insurance company which
would be detrimental to the efforts of rehabilitation of that company under this part 4.
