Drugs used for substance use disorder - prior authorization

prohibited. A carrier that provides coverage under a health benefit plan for a drug used to treat a
substance use disorder shall not require prior authorization, as defined in section 10-16-112.5
(7)(d), for the drug based solely on the dosage amount.
